TESTIMONIALS
“When our 5th grade daughter needed extra help in Math, she was reluctant to meet with a tutor, but our own efforts to help her were fraught with tension and often ended in tears. Our daughter enjoyed working with Victoria immediately, and looked forward to their lessons each week. Her grades improved, but most importantly, her confidence in Math soared and remains one of her strongest subjects in High School now.
We loved working with Victoria so much, that we arranged sessions with our then 1st grade daughter to supplement her learning during covid and then during subsequent school breaks. Their sessions were often game based, reinforcing that Math was fun, and teaching our younger daughter at an early age how to self advocate and ask for help.
Victoria has since taught many of our friends and family and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

“My two children (3rd and 6th grade) have been working with Victoria for several years, and she has been a fantastic support for them! She is warm, approachable, and works closely with their teachers to ensure that her tutoring aligns with what they are learning in school. The kids love their sessions with her and always feel encouraged and supported. Victoria has not only helped them improve academically but has also boosted their confidence in tackling new challenges. We’re so grateful for the positive impact she has had on their education.”

“Victoria began working with my two older daughters during COVID, supporting them in math when they were in kindergarten and second grade. She later organized a small reading group over Zoom with two of their friends to supplement my first grader’s learning when schools resumed.
Over the years, as the curriculum has become more advanced, Victoria has continued to support them in a variety of ways—whether meeting weekly, providing summer enrichment, or helping them prepare for upcoming tests. My eldest, now in seventh grade, consistently feels well-prepared for exams after her sessions, and my youngest, currently in second grade, enjoys brushing up on her math skills with Victoria on weekends
Victoria’s sessions leave all three of my daughters feeling more confident and engaged in their learning. Her steady guidance has been a valuable resource for our family, and we’re grateful for her expertise and support.”

Our social mission for this tutoring program includes a sliding door scale that is designed to be flexible and affordable for families with varying financial resources. "Sliding scale" means the cost of tutoring services is adjusted based on each client/family’s disposable income - the goal is to have families with an abundance of financial resources pay a slightly-higher rate, which enables us to make this high-quality tutoring program accessible to students and families that would otherwise struggle to afford full-cost. This allows us to support an education system that provides back to its community, and help foster equitable access to rich/high quality education.
